Present Applicant seeks post grant amendment to the Petition, Schedule I of the Petition and Probate granted on 18th July, 2024 in terms of Exhibit 'D' to the Application. 2.

Learned Advocate submits that, the Petitioners were informed by Bugle Rock Capital Private Limited and HDFC Bank Ltd. by emails dated 11th November 2024 and 7th January 2025 regarding the discrepancies in the quantity of shares at Serial No.52 in Schedule No.1. Having heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and having perused the papers and records, I see no impediment in allowing the Interim Application.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Application.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of Bombay High Court.

Reverification is dispensed with.

7.

All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this Order.
