The present Interim Application seeks post grant amendment. 2.
This Court vide an order dated 12 th November, 2024 granted Legal Heirship Certificate in respect of one Mohamed Asif Abdul Latif Shaikh alias Mohamedasif Abdul Latif Shaikh alias Mohamed Asif Shaikh (the deceased).

Learned Counsel points out that in the schedule of the assets appended to the Miscellaneous Petition for Legal Heirship Certificate amount towards life Life Insurance Policy has been shows as "90,00,000/-" whereas the same shall be "Rs.84,00,000/-". This is stated on the basis of a communication sent to the daughter of the applicant by the employer of the applicant. Hence, it be corrected to read accordingly.

Having due regard to the submissions made and averments in Interim Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus;
"a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) to amend the Item No. 1 and to delete the item no 2 of the Schedule of Assets annexed in the Petition as Exhibit -D as described in the draft Schedule of Amendment annexed hereto as Exhibit-C and accordingly permit the Applicant to carry out the necessary amendment in the schedule of the Petition.
(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) a allow to delete the amount of Rs. 90,00,000/ - (Rupees Ninety Lakhs Only) and to allow to add the amount of approximately 84,00,000/- (Rupees Eight - Four Lakhs Only) of the Schedule of Assets annexed in the Petition as Exhibit -D as described in the draft Schedule of
3 14-1475-2025.doc Amendment annexed hereto as Exhibit-C and accordingly permit the Applicant to carry out the necessary amendment in the schedule of the Petition;
(c) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court to issue amended grant of Legal Heirship Certificate accordingly".

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. 6.
Interim Application stands disposed of.
