The above Interim Application has been filed to restore the above Appeal to the file of this Court, which was dismissed pursuant to the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court presided over by Justice K.R. Shriram (as His Lordship then was).

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant as well as the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we find that sufficient cause has been made out to restore the DECEMBER 17, 2025 Darshan Patil
4-IA-1478-2025.doc above Appeal. The above Appeal is accordingly restored to the file of the Court.

Now that the Appeal is restored, the office objections in relation to the aforesaid Appeal shall be removed by the Advocates for the Applicant/Appellant within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no further Application for restoration shall be entertained. 4.
The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
