The present Interim Application seeks post grant amendment. 2.

This Court vide an order dated 7 th August, 2024 granted Letters of Administration in respect of certain property and credits belonging to Sangita Krishna Bandekar (the deceased). Learned Counsel points out that after issuance of grant it came to the knowledge of the applicant that the Schedule annexed to the Grant which is annexed as Exhibit 'C' in the Petition for Letter of Administration, lists one immovable property. However, Schedule - I contain an inadvertent error in the address listed at Sr. no. 1. The area mentioned in the

2 15-IA-1532-2025.doc property as '25 sq. ft. ' and the name of the society mentioned in the property as "Archana Go-operative Housing Society Limited". The correct area of the said property is '25 sq. mtrs. built up' and the name of the society is "Charkop (1) Arehana Go-operative Housing Society Limited". He submits that this error occurred inadvertently.

Having due regard to the submissions and averments made in the Interim Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus;

"a. that the amendment in terms of the paragraph 3 and amendment at Exhibit 'E' be allowed in the Petition and Grant; b. that the amended grant of letter of administration be issued in favour of the Petitioner;

c. that Re-verification of the Petition be dispense with" 3.

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
