By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post-grant amendment to the Letters of Administration issued dated 30th August 2003 in terms of the schedule-I annexed to the Application as Exhibit 'B'. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. For the reasons set out in the Application, I see no impediment in granting the amendment.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read as under:

" a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant (Orig. Petitioner) to amend Schedule-I of the Petition as per the draft schedule of amendment annexed at Exhibit-B hereto, and further direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Honb'Ie Court to issue an amended grant of Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to the property and credits of Taramati Jamnadas Sheth.

b) That this Honb'Ie Court be pleased to dispense with Re-verification of the Petition."

Reverification is dispensed with.

Interim Application is disposed of in above stated terms.
