Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Considering the reasons set out in the Application, including the undertaking furnished therein, I find no impediment to granting the amendment. 3.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to the Application which reads as under:

"a. that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant (Orig.Petitioner) to amend the Schedule-I of Petition as per the draft schedule of amendment annexed at Exhibit-D, hereto and further direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Honb'Ie Court to issue amended grant of Letters of Administration with Will and Codicil annexed ."
