The present Interim Application seeks post grant amendment. 2.

This Court vide an order dated 7 th February, 2024 granted the applicant Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of one Ramana Narayan Shetty alias Ramanna Narayan Shetty (the deceased). 3.

Learned Counsel points out that after the issuance of grant, it came to the applicant's knowledge that the deceased held 400 shares of Ulta Tech Cement Limited. He has in support of this contention invited my attention to a

2 16-IA-1553-2025.doc communication dated 17 th October, 2024 addressed to the applicant by the Ultratech Cement Limited.

Having due regard to the submissions made and material placed before me, I am satisfied that Interim Application deserves to be allowed and accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus. "(a) Condone the delay, if any, in fling the present Interim Application ;

(b) Allow the Applicants, being the Original Petitioners in the said Testamentary Petition No, 2637 of 2023, to amend Schedule-1 of the present Testamentary Petition as per the Schedule of Amendments annexed hereto;

(c) Re-verification may be dispensed with"

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. 6.

Interim Application is disposed of.
