Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate for Applicant / Caveatrix and Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.
Both the learned Advocates are ad idem that Petitioners and the Caveatrix are the legal heirs of the deceased and they are entitled to 1/3rd share each. Facts in the present case are undisputed. In that view of the matter, all that the Court has asked is about disclosure because there appears to be some discrepancy or ambiguity on disclosure. Property and credits of the deceased shall be disclosed by
29. IA-1568-26.odt both the sides including the status of the property within their control and command. Affidavit in that respect will be filed by both the sides within a period of two weeks from today along with appropriate documentation appended thereto.

In view of the above, delay of 103 days caused in filing the affidavit in support of the Caveat stands condoned. Department shall accept the same.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.

Place the Petition and Caveat on board on 24th April, 2026 under the caption "First on Board".
