This is an Interim Application for post grant amendment. The learned counsel submitted that it is only when the Applicant sought to transfer the land, that it was discovered that the parties had not appropriately described the cadastral survey (CS) number and the area of land admeasuring in square meters. amendment to the schedule of the assets as well as an amendment to the original Grant issued on 2nd December, 2020.

Having heard the submissions and being satisfied with the explanation provided, I see no impediment in granting relief in terms of prayer clause (b).

He further requests to amend prayer clause (b) to substitute the words "Exhibit-D" in place of words "ExhibitB" in the prayer clause. 4.

The leave to carry out amendment forthwith is allowed. The prayer clause be amended and substituted by the words "Exhibit-D".

The prayer clause (b) post amendment will read as under:

"b. To allow, to amend the schedule of Assets as per the schedule of amendment marked as Exhibit - "D" to the present application, and the same to be incorporated in the Original Grant issued in T.P. No. 2557 OF 2019." 6.

The learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner undertakes to upload the corrected amended Interim Application.
