Perused the Interim Application and the report of Testamentary Registrar dated 23.09.2025. For the reasons stated in the Application, I am of the opinion that the Caveat has been filed within time. There was a system malfunctioning, benefit of which will have to be given to the Caveator. In that view of the matter, delay is condoned.
