Present Interim Application is filed by Applicant seeking amendment to the Grant. Schedule of Asset of the subject property is not annexed to the Grant. Inadvertently it was left out. 3.

Applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the original Petition. Amendment is granted by the Court. Reverification stands dispensed with. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Department shall allow the amendment to be carried out.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed. Department will ensure that Schedule of Asset is incorporated in the fresh Grant.

Original Grant shall be deposited in the Testamentary Department immediately after amendment is carried out. Department shall accept the same forthwith. Thereafter within one week, Department is directed to carry out the amendment and give the amended Grant to Applicant without fail.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
