By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks post-grant amendment in the Testamentary Petition as well as in the Original Grant of Letters of Administration, to amend the Schedule I of the Petition in terms of Exhibit 'B' , 'D' and 'E' and the cause title of the Petition annexed as Exhibit 'F'. 2.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant and considering the reasons set out in paragraphs 4 to 8, I find no impediment in granting the amendment.
