This Interim Application seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Defendant.

Mr.Bhavin Gada, learned Counsel, appears for the legal heirs of the deceased Defendant and submits that he has no objection if the Interim Application is allowed.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, the Interim Application is allowed as prayed for. 4.

Let the amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended proceedings be served in a week thereafter and an appropriate Affidavit of service be filed.

5.

Let the Interim Application No.2607 of 2023 also be amended as above.

6.

The Interim Application No.1639 of 2025 is accordingly allowed and stands disposed as above.
