Learned Counsel for the Applicant shall also seek instructions as to whether this Petition would still needs to be considered. Given the efflux of time since the underlining impugned order under Section 17 of the Act was passed and intimate the Court on the next date and if she has instructions to submit that the matter must be proceeded with, the Petitioner should be ready and go on with the matter on the next date. 5.
