The above Appeal is filed by the Appellant-Assessee seeking condonation of delay of 80 days in filing the above Appeal. Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Revenue and after perusing the Interim Application, we are satisfied with the explanation given for the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
