The learned Advocate Mr. Ajit Hogade seeks post grant amendment to succession certificate issued to the Applicant on 13th August 2024.

The learned Counsel has drawn attention to paragraph Nos.4 and 5 to submit that, pursuant to communication received from the RTA of Jio Financial Services Limited on 22nd January 2025 and 30th October 2024, certain additional assets were discovered. He has further relied on paragraph No.11 to state that Applicants are the sole legal heirs entitled
6-IA-1816-2025.DOC to succeed to the estate of the deceased. It is also submitted that the Applicants had agreed compensate any party affected by passing this order, as stated in paragraph No.13 of the Application.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, I find no impediment in allowing the Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under:
"a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants / Orig. Petitioners to amend the Testamentary Petition No. 2767 of 2024 and Schedule of Securities as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed hereto at Exhibit - "D" and also to carry out consequential amendment wherever necessary;
b. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master to issue Extension Certificate as per law."

Re-verification is dispensed with.
