Perused the application and heard the Applicant-in-person as well as the learned counsel for the Respondents.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appeared to be acceptable, the order dismissing the Writ Petition for failure to remove the office objections under Rule 986 of the Original Side Rules, dated 11.02.2025, is recalled. This is however subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Needless to state that on the restoration of the Writ Petition, the interim order dated 09.12.2020 would stand restored. Sneha Chavan 1/2
