By this Interim Application, the petitioner is praying for amendment of the petition in terms of draft amendment as per Schedule annexed to the Interim Application.

The nature of the amendment are the subsequent developments, however, to pursue the principal reliefs as prayed for in the Writ Petition, namely, that the continuation of the land in question to be reserved for public purpose in respect of which a purchase notice was issued by the petitioner under section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act.

The petition is at the stage of admission. In this view of the matter, keeping open all contentions of the respondents to contest the petition including 12 August 2025
4.IA1851_2025.DOC of the amendment, we are inclined to allow this Interim Application. Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.
Reply affidavit to the amended petition be placed on record within a period of four weeks from today.
