We have heard learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners on this application which prays for restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed by an order dated 28 March 2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby, the order in clear terms as recorded that despite the petition being circulated, none represented for the petitioners. 2.

We have perused the averments as made in the application. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the petition be restored to the file of this Court, however, this shall be subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- within two days to the following account :
