This Court vide order dated 27th March, 2026 had directed that since there are certain disputes amongst the legal heirs of the Plaintiff and the original Defendant, the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1 shall execute a Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement (PAAA) for the new flats to be allotted by the developer in lieu of the old flat No.404 in favour of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay subject to final adjudication of the dispute.

On 8th May, 2026 this Court had directed that the execution of Vishal Parekar ....1

Today the learned counsel for the Plaintiff seeks extension of two weeks for executing the PAAA. The learned counsel for the Plaintiff has also produced an email dated 27th May, 2026 addressed by Defendant No. 1 and also an email addressed by Defendant No. 5 which states that they have no objection for extension of time. 4.

In view of above, time is extended by a period of two weeks. 5.

Stand over to 17th June, 2026.
