ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant / Defendant No.2 has prayed for condonation of delay in filing written statement. 2.

The Applicant / Defendant No.2 has given the reasons 1/2

1-ia-2192-2025.doc for the delay in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application. The delay is of 26 days in filing of the Written Statement from service of Writ of Summons which was on and around 16th October, 2024. There is no objection to the relief sought for in the Interim Application. 3.

In view thereof and considering the satisfactory reason in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application for the delay in filing the Written Statement, a case is made out for condonation of delay. 4.

In view thereof, the delay of 26 days in filing of the Written Statement by the Applicant / Defendant No.2 is condoned. 5.

The Registry shall accept the filing of the Written Statement by the Applicant / Defendant No.2.
