This is application for condonation of delay in seeking restoration of appeal that came to be dismissed for nonclearance of office objections. 2.

Atleast today, we expect the advocate to appear. However, neither the applicants/appellants nor their advocate appear.

We have perused the Interim Application and we find that there is sufficient cause shown to condone the delay and seek restoration.
