By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post grant amendment to the petition and Succession certificate issued on 6th May 2024 annexed at Exhibit 'A' to the Interim Application. Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and for the reasons set out in the Application, I see no impediment in granting the amendment.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to the Application which reads as under:

"a. That the Applicant be pleased to allow to amend the Schedule of Debt of the Petition as per the Draft schedule of amendment annexed and marked as "Exhibit B" of the present application and the same to be incorporated in the Original Succession Certificate issued in T.P. No.3572 OF 2023."

Reverification is dispensed with.

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the official website of High Court of Bombay.
