In so far as the first issue relating to time for carrying out amendment in the Grant and Petition which was granted vide order dated 02.07.2025 and extended vide orders dated 30.07.2025 and 20.08.2025 is concerning, stands extended by a further period of six weeks from today.

In so far as issue of presenting original Petition is concerned, due to reasons stated in the praecipe and medical ailment suffered by Petitioner, Petitioner is exempted from presenting the original Petition. Since the original Petition is not traceable, Advocate for Petitioner is permitted to e-file the Petition afresh alongwith the amendment duly endorsing the same.
