By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post-grant amendment to the grant of Succession certificate dated 12th February 2025 annexed at Exhibit 'A' in terms of schedule - I annexed as Exhibit 'C' annexed to the Interim Application.

By the amendment the Applicant seeks to amend the account number that was wrongly mentioned in Serial No. 9 SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE in the Schedule.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and being convinced with the reasons set out in the Application, I see no impediment in granting the amendment, 4.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to the Application.

Reverification is dispensed with.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present order on the website of Bombay High Court.
