The captioned Interim Application has been filed seeking restoration of the captioned Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Act"). The Petition came to be dismissed by an Order dated February 25, 2025, for non-removal of the office objections within the stipulated time period. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks two weeks' time to remove all office objections.

The Learned Advocate for the Applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from the date on which this Order is uploaded on the website of this Court. 4.

Once the office objections are removed and the captioned matter is numbered, the Registry is directed to auto-list the matter as per the Standard Operating Procedure of this Court.

The Interim Application is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
