Ms. Ankita Singhania, the learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant No.1 states that complete inspection has not been given by the Applicant / Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Affidavit in Reply which was directed to be filed within a period of six weeks from the 1/2

Accordingly, the Applicant / Plaintiff shall give inspection of remaining documents to the Defendant by 4th July, 2025. The Defendant No.1 shall file their Affidavit in Reply on or before 11th July, 2025.

The statement made by learned Counsel for the Defendant No.1 recorded in paragraph 1 of the Order dated 6th May, 2025 shall continue to operate till the next date. 4.

Interim Application shall be placed for ad-interim relief on 14th July, 2025.
