By this application certain reliefs are sought by the Applicant in respect of opening the bank locker for the purpose of taking inventory of the articles therein as well as other reliefs seeking amendment of the Schedule after the inventory is carried out. 2.
By order dated 21st August, 2025, the Applicant was permitted to take inspection and obtain copies of the documents mentioned in the panchanama and was also granted inspection of the articles and was further permitted to amend Schedule 1 to include the articles presently in the custody of the police station. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that certain details have yet to be obtained from the banks and insurance company etc. pursuant to the inventory which was carried out, for which separate application would be taken out.

As the substantive prayers in the Interim Application are granted, the Interim Application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to take out appropriate application seeking further direction in the matter.
