All these Interim Applications have been filed by the flat purchasers, who seek ratification of their agreements for sale under provisions of Section 536(2) of the Companies Act, 1956.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator submits that all these transactions pertain to Mantri Realty, and the stand that has been adopted by the Official Liquidator in all these cases is to ratify those agreements which are bona fide and for valuable consideration, and in respect of which the directors of their family members of the company in liquidation are not involved.

He thus today prays for four weeks' time to verify the documents in each of the Applications. There is no opposition to this request. th January 2026.
