The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicant/Original Respondent to direct the Appellant to carry out the amendment in the cause title as per the schedule of amendment as mentioned in Exhibit-A to the Interim Application.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Original Appellant stated that if directions are given, the Appellant shall carry out the aforesaid amendment and has no objection to the same. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus : "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Application and direct the Appellant to carry out the amendment in the cause title as per the Schedule of amendment as mentioned in "Exhibit-A" and replace the name of the Respondent."

The Advocates for the Appellant shall carry out the aforesaid amendment in the above memo of appeal and all proceedings pending therein within a period of four weeks from today and serve a copy of the same on the Advocates for the Respondent. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order is to costs. 6.
