ORDER :

The above Interim Application had been disposed of by an order dated 2nd May 2025. By the said order this Court had restored the captioned Commercial Suit by setting aside the order of dismissal dated 1st February, 2025 and had condoned the delay of 24 days in filing the present Interim Application. This Court had directed the office objections to be removed within two weeks from the date of the said order. The officer objections thereafter have removed. 1/3
However, the Registry had not restored the captioned Commercial Suit on the ground of non removal of office objections within the stipulated time.

Thereafter, a Praecipe dated 11th June 2025 was received by the Department from the Advocate for the Plaintiff requesting for restoring and registering the above matter.

The Master & Assistant Prothonotary (Judicial) Centralized Filing Department has filed its Report wherein after perusing the said order dated 2nd May 2025 allowing the Interim Application noted that the Advocate for the Plaintiff has complied with the objections and though having complied the Suit was rejected by the filing department raising objection that the matter had been rejected.

The Report states that the objections have been complied with within the stipulated period of two weeks time as per the said order and accordingly direction has been sought as to whether to restore Suit to the file and register the said Suit. 2/3

Having perused the Report of the Master & Assistant Prothonotary (Judicial) Centralized Filing Department dated 20th June 2025 as well as noting that the Plaintiff had removed the office objections within the stipulated period of two weeks from order dated 2nd May 2025, the captioned Commercial Suit shall be restored to the file of this Court, by the Registry.
