1. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 submit that the Plaintiff and the Defendants have resolved their disputes and differences by entering into Consent Terms.

2. The Consent Terms were then tendered to the Court, and Learned Counsel pointed out that the same have been signed on behalf of the Plaintiff by Mr. Raj Rao, the Deputy General Manager, Legal Department of the Plaintiff. The board resolution of the Plaintiff authorising Mr. Raj Rao is appended to the consent terms. Mr. Raj Rao has appeared virtually and has been identified by Ms. Gajaria. Mr. Raj Rao also confirms that he has executed the consent terms.
3. The Consent Terms have also been signed by Defendant No. 2, i.e., Mr Tuhin Roy, the proprietor of Defendant No.1. Mr. Tuhin Roy has also appeared online and is identified by Ms. Khan. Mr. Roy confirms that he has, after reading and understanding the Consent Terms, executed the same voluntarily.
4. The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
5. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
6. The undertakings given in the said Consent Terms are accepted as the undertakings given to the Court.
7. Interim Applications if any, are accordingly disposed of.

8. The Court Receiver's Report is also disposed of. The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts.
9. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver are to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of 8 days of demand being raised by the Officer of the Court Receiver.
