This application is for restoration of the arbitration petition and the interim application for condonation of delay in filing the arbitration petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out the case status annexed on page 13 which records that the office objections are complied with on 9th January 2024. I have perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). If any objections are pending, the same shall be removed within four weeks.
