The substantive reliefs sought for in the Interim Application are as follows:

"a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 2 years and 6 months in filing the affidavit of claim of Applicant.

b.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to adjudicate the claim of the Applicant based on the Affidavit of Claim filed with the Respondent. c.

For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;"

Ms. Agrawal has very fairly submitted that she does not have any objection to the delay being condoned. However, the claim of the Applicant will be adjudicated on merits.
