12-EXA-74-1988.doc maintainable in as much as the execution proceedings have already been disposed of and that his clients were the successful auction purchasers from the Decree Holder. That thereafter, the said Respondents have also sold the property to Respondent No.15. 3.

Ms.Krutisha Pandey, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.15 submits that she is led by Mr.Girish Godbole, learned Senior Counsel in the matter and seeks some accommodation. 4.

Ms.Rujuta Patil, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiffs and submits that the subject property has already been sold as submitted by Mr.Thorat.

However, since none appears for the Applicant, list on 17th July, 2025.

It is made clear that if none appears for the Applicant on the next date, this Court will consider dismissing the Application. 7.

Parties are at liberty to exchange Reply and Rejoinder in the meanwhile.
