At 3.00 p.m., the Petitioner is present in Court. On his request, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. 3.
Considering the fact that there are Civil Suits that are stated to be pending, such Civil Suits shall be heard and disposed of on their own merits being uninfluenced by this order.

All rights and contentions of the parties are hereby kept open. 5.
The present Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. 6.
All pending Interim Applications taken out therein, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
