The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment in the cause title of the proceedings as the name and address of the Appellant has changed after the filing of the above Appeal. 2.

7-2430-2025-IA=.doc Department, and for the reasons stated in the above Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus :- "(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit amendment of the cause title as mentioned in Schedule hereto. (b) Re-verification be dispensed with."

The amendment shall be carried out in the above Appeal and all other proceedings pending therein within a period of three weeks from today and the amended copies shall be served on the learned Counsel for the Respondent immediately thereafter. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
