Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present order on the website of Bombay High Court.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant is permitted to replace the word "immovable" with "movable" in the Interim Application.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
