In addition to Court notice, Appellant is permitted to serve copy of Interim Application and this order on Respondent Nos.2 to 4 and inform them about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate Affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.

After receiving notice, Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to take cognizance of this order and file their Affidavit-in-Reply on or before the next date, if so desired.

Due compliance has been effected by Respondent No.1 - Company. Entitlement Form has been issued on 07.10.2025 and positive re-verification has been issued on 21.01.2025. All compliances thereafter have been effected by Applicant. In so far as the requirement of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are concerned, there is no reason as to why Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are required to know withhold the transfer of the shares, dividends and accruals.

Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall explain to the Court on Affidavit about delay. In any event the copy of this order shall be served on Respondent Nos.2 to 4. If all due compliances have been effected, Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall transfer the shares, dividends and accruals in the Bank Account of Petitioner and place a compliance before the Court.

If any objections to be raised, the same shall be raised before the Court on Affidavit.

Copy of this order shall be served on Respondent Nos.2 to 4. Responsible Officer of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 is directed to be remain present before this Court on the next adjourned date. 9.
