Ms. Somaiya, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite service of the order dated 30th June 2025 directing disclosures against the Respondents, neither any disclosures have been made nor any one represents the Respondents today nor any payments have been received from the Respondents and that this Court may issue bailable warrant of arrest against the Respondent No.2. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant of arrest Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

45-IA-2557-2025.doc against the Respondent No.2 in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, returnable on 29th January 2026.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the bailable warrant. 4.

The Senior Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent No.2 on the next date.

5.

Let the Respondent No.2 remain present in Court on the next date.
