Although these three Interim Applications seek substitution of Defendant No.3 in the three Suits in view of the scheme of amalgamation referred to therein and consequent order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approving the said scheme, when the matters are called out, Ms. Joshi, learned Counsel, appearing for the Defendants No.2 and 3 submits that the substitution of the Applicants in these Applications also be directed in respect of Defendant No.2 in view of the order dated 27th April 2025 passed by the NCLT, Mumbai.

Mr. Mandhle, learned Counsel, appearing for the Defendants No.1 and 4 has no objection and obviously, Mr. Jain, learned Counsel, appearing for the Plaintiffs/Applicants would have no objection. 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court directs that the Applicants substitute Defendants No.2 and 3 in the three Suits and respective proceedings. 4.

Let amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended Plaints be served in two weeks thereafter and appropriate Affidavits of service be filed.
