When the matter is called out, Ms. Joshi, learned Counsel appears and submits that although earlier she was appearing for the Defendants No. 2 and 3 and had submitted draft issues on their behalf, however, since the Defendants No. 2 and 3 have merged into another entity and the other entity has been allowed to be added as a Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Let vakalatnama be filed on behalf of the Defendant No. 2(a) within a period of two weeks.

Other learned Counsel appearing in the matter submit that the draft issues have been exchanged and although there is agreement on five issues, however, with respect to two issues, this Court would need to consider the submissions.

Mr. Kamdar, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants No. 1 and 4 submits that additionally there are some more issues arisen out of written statement, which Mr. Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff disputes submitting that the said issues have already been admitted by the said Defendants in their pleadings. 5.

Accordingly, list for framing of issues on 20th August, 2025 under the caption "For Framing of Issues". Let instructions on the draft issues also be taken by the Defendant No. 2 (a).
