Pursuant to order dated 20th August 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr.Inamdar, learned Counsel, appears for the Plaintiffs and submits that he has no objection if this Court grants prayer clause (b).

Prayer clause (b) of the Interim Application reads as under : "(b) This Hon'ble High Court be pleased to tag Applicant's Suit i.e., Suit being Suit (L) No. 763 of 2025 filed by the Applicant before this Hon'ble High Court along with captioned Suit i.e., Suit No. 58 of 2013 filed by the Plaintiffs before this Hon'ble High Court."

The Suit before this Court is Suit No.58 of 2013 as Suits up to the year 2014 are the assignment of this Court. What has been sought by prayer clause (b) is tagging of the Applicant's Suit being Suit (Lodging) No.763 of 2025 filed by the Applicant with Suit no.58 of 2013. To that end, the Applicant would have to place a request before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice on the administrative side through the Office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court.

Let appropriate steps be taken in this regard as this Court has no objection if the Suits are tagged.
