The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner submitted that while the above Interim Application was pending the above Writ Petition itself was dismissed by this Court vide its order dated 17th March 2025. She therefore states that she has instructions from the Petitioner to withdraw the above Interim Application.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the above Interim Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
