35-IA-2648-2025.doc Mr.Gandhi, however, submits that the Plaintiff has also filed an Interim Application No.4914 of 2025 for summary judgment against the sale proceeds of the Vessel under Section XIII-A of the CPC, which is not on board and the same be listed on the next date, so that both the Interim Applications can be decided together.
