This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the directions. As per the direction issued in the meeting dated 27th January, 2026 the Public Notice was issued on 31st January, 2026 in two local newspaper i.e. Navashakti (Marathi) and Free Press Journal(English) thereafter, the inspection was allowed to the offerors on 4th March, 2026 and 5th March, 2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. at the Suit premises. As per the direction in that meeting dated 27th March, 2026 the last date to submit an offer was 13th March, 2026 it has been observed that, till date this office has not received any offer for giving the said premises on leave and license basis.

Today, Advocate and parties were present. Advocate for the parties submits that, they will seek instructions from the parties whether the second Public Notice to be issued to give in the said premises on leave and license basis or private broker can be engaged for giving said premises on leave and license basis. Advocate for the parties request for 1(one) weeks time. The said request is accepted. Matter is adjourned to 30th March, 2026 at 12.00 noon. Advocate and parties directed to seek necessary instructions from their client before the next meeting.
