This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the directions. Pursuant to the direction issued by Hon'ble Court (Coram: Rajesh S. Patil J.) dated 13th March, 2026 the Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master High Court, Bombay has released the payments of M/s. Bakhtawar Commercial Premises Co-Op Society Ltd., M/s. Indian National Press Agency, Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai, Court Commissioner as well as the cost of Mr. A. Y. Shirke (Clerk) and Mr. S. D. Mahajan (Peon).

Pursuant to the direction issued in the meeting dated 13th March, 2026 today's meeting is scheduled for finalising whether the broker/agent can be appointed to give Suit premises on leave and license basis or the second Public Notice should be issued in two newspapers i.e. Times of India newspaper in English language as well as the Janmabhoomi newspaper in Gujarati language. Today, Advocate for the Respondent no.1 and Applicant is present. Advocate for the Respondent no.2 through their e-mail informed that, they are agreeable for the appointment of the brokers/agent for letting out the said Suit premises on leave and license basis. Advocate for the Respondent no.1 submits that, in the interest of the all the parties, if the broker can be appointed, it will take a less time to give the said premises on leave and license basis. Hence, they are also agreeable for giving said premises on leave and license basis through appointment of an agent/broker.
Today, Mr. Deepak Mishra from M/s. Kishori group real estate consultant, is present before me. He has submitted their proposal and they will charge one month rent as brokerage charges and they will take atleast two months time to bring a proposed licensee to give the said premises on leave and license basis. Mr. Mishra also suggested that, he will give the name of the persons who will attend the said Suit premises and who will give inspection of the said Suit premises to proposed licensee.
Today, Respondent no.3 is absent. Hence, today's meeting adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 8th April, 2026 at 4.30 p.m. so, that the final decision can be taken to give said premises on leave and license basis through broker/agent. Advocate for the

Applicant submits that, the society members are suppose to deposit the key's in the Office of the Insolvency Registrar but since, matter is adjourned for tomorrow and if broker is appointed then the key's will be required to be kept in the society premises and it will be for convenient for the broker to give inspection of the said premises to the proposed licensee.
In view of the above, meeting is adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 8th April, 2026 at 4.30 p.m. All the parties will ensure that, they will remain present tomorrow.
