As per the direction of the Hon'ble Court (Coram: Rajesh S. Patil J.) the valuation has been conducted and the valuation report is submitted by M/s. Neelam Arch, who was appointed as valuer on 5th March, 2026. Valuation report is taken on record. The said valuation report is open in today's meeting as the said premises is required to be given on leave and license basis through a broker Mr. Deepak Mishra. The copy of the valuation report is provided to all the parties. After the perusal of the report, Advocate for the parties submitted that, they will take instructions from their clients, whether the second Public Notice can be issued in two newspapers i.e. Times of India in English and Janmbhoomi in Gujarati language. The Advocate for the parties also requested to call for quotation from Times

of India and Janmabhoomi for Public Notice which can be published in the newspapers. Advocate for the Applicant as well as Respondent will seek instructions by tomorrow. All the Advocates and parties will give their consent for the publication on or before tomorrow i.e. 9th April, 2026.
Office is directed to write an e-mail to Times of India as well as Janmabhoomi newspaper to provide their quotations for publication. At this juncture Advocate for the Applicant informed that on 1st April 2026, the Court Commissioner has received an e-mail from Mr. A. V. Lobo, M/s. Noble Properties, who is real estate broker and he submitted that, he will not be able to attend the meeting on 7th April, 2026. Hence, any other date may be given to him to discuss about the Suit property to be given on leave and license as well as brokerage charges and all the other terms and conditions of the leave and license.
During the meeting, Advocate for the Applicant telephonically informed Mr. Lobo about today's meeting and Mr. Lobo of M/s. Noble Properties requested that an appointment may be fixed for inspection of the said Suit premises so that he can fetch proposed licensee. As per the request of Mr. Lobo, an appointment will be fixed tomorrow i.e. 9th April, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the Suit premises. In view of the above, meeting stands adjourned to 10th April, 2026 at 12.00 noon.
