This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the directions. Pursuant to the direction issued in the minutes of meeting dated 14th January 2026, Advocate for the Applicant has submitted letter of the M/s. Bakhtawar Commercial Premises Co-operative society showing the outstanding dues through their E-mail 14th January, 2026 said e-mail is taken on record. As per the said letter the society charges of M/s. Bakhtawar Commercial Premises Cooperative Society Ltd, as on date is about Rs. 2,21,775/- and as per the directions of the Hon'ble Court, the Court Commissioner will take necessary steps to realize this

payments of the society as well as MCGM dues for property tax. As per the directions issued in the earlier meeting, on 14th January, 2026 an email is issued to five valuer from the Panel approved by the Hon'ble High Court. valuer i.e. 1) Neelam Arch 2) S.K. Associates(Sanjay Kevale) 3) Vastukala 4)M/s. Nadkarni and Co., 5) Shetgiri and Associates.

In reply to the same the Commissioner has received the quotation for valuation charges from three valuers i.e. 1) NEELAM ARCH 2) S.K. Associates(Sanjay Kevale) 3) Vastukala. The sealed envelope containing quotation for the valuation charges are open in the parties meeting today itself and parties perused the said quotations as well which are mentioned below: 1.

NEELAM ARCH 23,600/- 2.

S.K. Associates(Sanjay Kevale) 41,300/- 3.

Vastukala 1,23,000/- The Advocate for the Defendant No. 1 submits that, he will seek instructions from his client as to whom the work of valuation may be assigned to and a short date can be given, so that the matter will be proceed ahead on or before 31st January, 2026.

Advocate for the Defendant no.1 submits that he will seek instructions from the client and he will informed the Commissioner through e-mail and all the other parties as well. In view of the above today's the meeting will be adjourned to 27th January, 2026 at 12.00 noon.

Advocate for the Plaintiff/Applicant submits that, the keys of the said

premises is with the society i.e. M/s. Bakhtawar Commercial Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. and society will provide whenever the keys are required by Commissioner for inspection of the same. All the parties are aware about the said situations and they have no issues if the keys are with the society. List the matter on 27th January, 2026 at 12.00 noon.
