Mr. Kirpekar, learned counsel appearing for the Plaintiff submits that pursuant to the order of 18th September, 2025, the copy of the order was attempted to be served upon the Defendant No.5 which has been returned unserved with the remark that no such person is residing at the said address. He submits that Defendant No.5 was earlier served on the same address and has received the service. In so far as Defendant No.4 is concerned, the service has been duly effected.
